Private Lessons

Prerequisite: Make Your Own experience required**

Build upon the skills acquired in the Make Your Own sessions.   Your hands on experience will involve applying colors, using your breath and a range of tools to shape and sculpt your own handmade creation(s); one-of-a-kind colorful bowl, a traditional flower vase or a drinking cup.  Our instructors approach to glass blowing are centered around playfulness, inclusivity, and teamwork that will create memories and artwork that will last a lifetime. Be prepared to work in the heat!

** Why is the Make Your Own experience a prerequisite for a private lesson? Safety is our number one concern and working in a hot glass studio for the first time can be overwhelming.  In the Make Your Own sessions, we introduce you to shop safety, how to move through the shop, how to properly use glass tools and make you comfortable in the hot glass studio.  To do this in a private lesson will reduce the amount of time you will have to accomplish your unique pieces of art.  This private lesson is intended to build on the skills that you acquire in the Make Your Own experience.

When signing up for a private lesson, we will ask you for the date of your previous Make Your Own session with us.  Please have that available to proceed.  Thank you.
